Ingredients
Fish(any variety) - 1 kg
Curd - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Chilly powder - As reqd

Preparation Method
1)Wash the fishes and cut them into pieces.
2)Mix together ginger - garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and curd and rub it well on the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
3)Remove the fish pieces from the curd and set them aside for 15-20 minutes to dry.
4)Thread these pieces on skeweres and grill them after rubbing a little butter on the fish pieces,
