Banana Ice Cream


Ingredients

Milk - 2 cups
Cream (Heavy cream) - 2 cups
Egg (beaten) - 2 pieces
Sugar - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Banana (purée) - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
 
Preparation Method
 
1)combine the milk, cream, eggs, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
2)Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon.
3)Refrigerate the mixture until cool.
:- Banana Ice Cream is ready.
4)Combine the cooled custard with the bananas, vanilla and nutmeg.
5)Pour into freezer container.
6)Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
