Ingredients

Ripe plantains (Nendrapazham) 2 nos
Sugar As reqd
Atta 1/2 cup.
Maid 1/2 cup
Baking powder A pinch.


Preparation Method

1)Cut bananas into small pieces.
2)Mix together atta, maida, baking powder, and sugar in water to make a thick batter.
3)Dip the bananas into this paste and fry them in oil.
