Kerala Paal Payasam


Ingredients

Milk - 10 cups
Brown broken rice - 2 dsp
Condensed milk - 1/2 a tin
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashew nut(sliced lengthwise) - 1/2 cup
Cardamom(Elakka) powder - 1/2 tsp


Preparation Method

1)Mix 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk and boil.
2)Add rice and cook well.
3)Add the remaining milk, condensed milk and sugar.
4)When it thickens, add cashewnuts and stir continuously till it becomes quick thick.
5)Add cardamom powder mixed in milk.
:- Serve hot or cold.
