Ingredients
Rice powder - 2 cups
Jaggery - 50 gms
Coconut - 1 cup
(grated)
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Banana leaves - 4 nos
Preparation Method
1)Add warm water and ghee in the rice powder and make a paste.
2)Make jaggery and coconut like a mixture.
3)Spread the Rice powder paste in the banana leaves and fill the jaggery coconut mixture.
4)fold the leaf and put it in a Tava and heat until the leaves are fried.
:- Your Ariyada is ready!!!
